Running an event on Nearly Wild Camping
How members list campouts, walks and skills days, and what Nearly Wild Camping does and doesn't do.
Any member can list an event on Nearly Wild Camping: a campout, a guided walk, a skills day, a meet-up, anything with a nature-connection or outdoors focus.
Listing an event is free, and there's no limit on how many you can add. Each event links out to your own ticket or booking page. Nearly Wild Camping doesn't handle bookings, payments or ticketing for any event; that stays entirely between you and whoever books.
Every event is reviewed before it appears in the directory, to check it fits the outdoors and nature-connection focus of the platform. That's the only thing we check; we don't vet organisers or events beyond that.
Once approved, your event is visible to every member browsing the directory, and can be found by type, region and date.
To list an event, add it from My Account once you're a member. You can find out more, and see what's currently listed, on the Outdoor Events page.
